Why We Built This Site
Missouri's public access rules are useful only after the right custodian is identified. The Montgomery County Circuit Clerk keeps the local circuit-court record path, while Missouri Case.net supplies statewide public case information. Associate, probate, juvenile, treatment, municipal, criminal, civil, and traffic matters do not always carry the same division label. We assembled official links and local routing facts to make that split easier to understand.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal docket searches and civil docket searches work in Montgomery County
- Court dates: how to read a court date or setting and verify it with the court
- Case lookup: how to use Case.net search routes by party name, number, filing date, or scheduled hearing
- Records access: how court records and certified copies are obtained from the Circuit Clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource. We are not connected to a Missouri court, clerk, or state agency. The limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or setting remains current
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages carry search boxes supplied by third parties. Those providers run their own services and set their own terms and prices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee for us. We do not control their results, charges, availability, or data practices.
